Course Description

During the two-day program, students will gain the skills and knowledge required to advance as successful Scrum Masters. We'll cover topics such as how the values and principles of Scrum can guide decision-making and how to create an environment conducive to agility. As a Scrum Master, you must be able to recognize the most appropriate stance needed depending on the team's circumstances.
